Finny Pearl Richert

Finny Pearl passed away at home on February 8, after a brief illness with her loving human at her side.

Finny was born in Naples, Florida in 2011 and brought tender joy for many years to her human companion, Alice. Alice predeeded her in death in May 2025. Finny was then flown to Minneapolis with a pet nanny in attendance to Alice's niece in Faribault. Finny was welcomed into her new family and took gentle charge of her new house mate, Kody a sympathetic Husky and her new human caregiver, Jane.

Finny was loved throuhgout her lifetime and was deeply cherished. She spent many months in her new home, lecturing Kody and trying to set a new bedtime for her human who tended to stay up too late for Finny's preferences. Nothing pleased her more than to snuggle with her human and drift off to sleep with Jane.

Fly high over the Rainbow Bridge sweet Finny Pearl. Thank you for being such a treasure to all of us while you were here. Tears of gratitude will replace our tears of loss. Your beautiful soul will remain forever in our hearts.
