In Loving Memory of Rocco
For nearly 16 wonderful years, Rocco filled our lives with love, joy, and lessons we never expected to learn from a little dog. At just 10 pounds with only one eye, he still managed to be the alpha—guiding Reggie, Bailey, Willow, and Louie with quiet confidence and a spark of sass.
Rocco came into our lives to care for us, to mend broken hearts, and to help raise a few kids alongside his human mom. He lived fully and loved deeply—whether it was his trips to the beauty salon every six weeks, barking through his mom’s virtual meetings, long walks with Macy, Mac, Oma, and Paige, or being the best uncle to Archie and August during doggy vacations at Madi’ s house. He adored his Oma, never turned down a treat, and easily became everyone’s favorite dog. Our home was sweeter, livelier, and more complete because of him.
Through good days and hard ones, Rocco reminded us how to live, how to laugh, and how to keep moving forward. While we may like to think we raised him well, the truth is, he was the one who raised us—teaching us what unconditional love and life itself are all about. His love will remain forever frozen in time, etched in our hearts.
Well done, sweet Rocco. Your work on earth is complete. Run free now to Reggie and Bailey, who have been waiting for you. We will love you forever and always.
