Zeus was a gentle giant, a keeper of secrets, and a faithful companion for 13 wonderful years.

Zeus loved all seasons, from the fireworks of summer (he was the god of thunder after all) to the deep snows of winter, where his favorite activity was to do his business at the top of the tallest snow piles his dad could make. Thankfully, he always had carabiners on his collar to help him down. Of course, the one activity he loved across all seasons was car rides.

Zeus was loved by his family and he loved them just as much. Whether it was back rubs from dad, Chuck, that gave him the full body shakes/wiggles; treats and food sharing with mom, and coworker, Dianna; spa days (pampering) by sister, Courtney; chilling and extra car rides from brother, Charles; Saturday morning hikes at his great grandparents’ property; or the twice daily walks with mom and dad around the neighborhood to visit his friends. Zeus loved spending time with his family.

In addition to how much his human family will miss him, Zeus will be missed by his cat brothers from other mothers, Kili and Fili, his girlfriend, Emma Jean, and his best buddy, Jack.

Zeus says: “Whenever you find the “fur fluffs” he is just saying “hi”, and he left a lot for us to find.”

Zeus will always be loved, always be missed, but never forgotten.
