Carmel Welch

Carmel was my daughter, not just a dog.  She was family.  Carmel wasn't, nor considered herself a dog.  To her we were her people and we have so many amazing memories of her.  Carmel will be missed by so many people and of course her family.

Carmel is survived by her mom and dad (Mary Lou and Shawn), her grandparents (Gary and Brenda) and her sister (Reyna).

Carmel is reunited with her brother Bucky.  Carmel is and always will be a free spirit. She loved being free.

Thanks to Heartland (Owatonna) for taking such good care of Carmel and to PK for Pets for picking up my baby and having her back in such a short time.
